By accessing and using the Elite Tennis Academy website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Missed lessons and failure to attend

Our coaches rely on your coaching commitment and need notice before a scheduled lesson.

Private lessons

For evening sessions, please notify your coach before 10am on the day of the session to be entitled to a make-up. For morning sessions, please notify your coach by 7pm the night before to be entitled to a make-up.

Group lessons

If you cannot attend your group class, it is your responsibility to cancel it through our online portal. If at least 4 hours' notice is given, an automatic lesson credit is applied to your account. Credits can be used at any time to make up a cancelled class.

Make-up and cancellation policy

For long-term injury or illness, please liaise with the Head Coach to reschedule missed lessons and guarantee your place. A credit may be applied in these situations, and a medical certificate is required.

Lessons missed through a pupil's absence can be made up at the end of term, in the first week of the school holidays. A medical certificate is required.

Wet weather and extreme heat

We run lessons as scheduled, so please do not assume a lesson is not going ahead. Lessons are cancelled if the temperature is over 36 degrees Celsius, or if the courts are unplayable due to excess water. We will send an SMS or email notification when possible. Credits are applied for any wash-outs or heat-outs that cannot be made up during the term.

Payment terms

• All prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. All amounts are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
• Payment must be made at the time of booking, or as otherwise specified. We accept card, bank transfer and cash.
• Late fees may be applied at the discretion of AATC trading as Elite Tennis Academy.
• Overdue accounts referred to collection will incur the full costs of recovery, including any legal demands.

Refunds

A $30 administration fee applies to refunds. This fee is waived if the error was ours.

Disclaimer

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy or reliability of our website or services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these terms.

Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may modify or replace these terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Continued use of our services means you accept the revised terms.
