Terms and Conditions​
  • The Director or Head Coach must be notified via text or telephone of the scheduled lesson and must be provided with a medical certificate to ensure a make up lesson.
  • If the injury or illness is long term you must liaise with the Head Coach in order to reschedule for missed lessons in order to guarantee your place.

Notification Requirement:

The Director or Head Coach must be notified via text or telephone of scheduled lessons and provided with a medical certificate for makeup lesson eligibility. For long-term injuries or illnesses, please coordinate with the Head Coach to reschedule missed lessons to secure your place.

Attendance Responsibility:

Elite Tennis Academy maintains a small coach-to-student ratio, committing coaches to scheduled lessons. It is your responsibility to attend all enrolled classes, as your booking may prevent others from joining. Customers are to use the online booking portal to cancel and rebook if notified 6 hours before the scheduled commencement time of the class.

Missed Lessons – Failure to Attend:

Coaches rely on your commitment. Please notify us at least 24 hours before scheduled lessons. Customers are to use the online booking portal to cancel and rebook if notified 6 hours before the scheduled commencement time of the class.

Private Sessions:

Customers are to use the online booking portal to cancel and rebook if notified 6 hours before the scheduled commencement time of the class.

Group Sessions:

Customers are to use the online booking portal to cancel and rebook if notified 6 hours before the scheduled commencement time of the class.

Missed Lessons – Due to Injury or Illness:

Notify the Director or Head Coach via text or telephone and provide a medical certificate for makeup eligibility. Long-term issues require coordination with the Head Coach.

Lesson Cancellation – Washout/Heatouts:

Lessons are scheduled as planned unless the temperature exceeds 36 degrees Celsius or courts are unplayable due to excessive water. We aim to notify via SMS and email promptly. Please avoid contacting us on these occasions. We will aim to notify you in the event classes are cancelled.

Important Notes:

Credits may be used the following term. Credits for unmade lessons due to washouts/heatouts will be applied. A $25 administration fee applies for refunds, waived if the fault lies with ETA. Medical certificates exempt class cancellations from credit application.

Payment Terms:

Late fees may apply at AATC t/as Elite Tennis Academy’s discretion. Overdue accounts referred to collection incur full recovery costs. For any queries regarding our policies, contact the Director at ETA for assistance.
