Elite Tennis Academy is dedicated to fostering an inclusive community and upholding anti-discrimination policies that promote a culturally and diversity-safe environment. We prioritize regular training and education for our staff and volunteers, focusing on diversity, cultural safety, and empowering all our students. We believe in the right of every individual to feel secure and to receive respectful treatment. One of our notable programs is “Gay, Play and Stay,” a social tennis night initiated by one of our customers from the LGBTIQ community. This event welcomes not only LGBTIQ individuals but also their families and friends. Participants enjoy social tennis, followed by a BBQ and lively storytelling, creating an atmosphere where everyone can comfortably be themselves, learn tennis, and forge new friendships. Launched in 2017 in response to community feedback, this event was meticulously planned to ensure a safe space for marginalized groups to engage in tennis. At Elite Tennis, we aim to dismantle barriers and make tennis an enjoyable and safe activity for all, fostering inclusivity in every aspect of our academy.
