Our Commitment

Elite Tennis Academy prioritizes child safety above all else. We strive to create a secure, supportive environment where children can thrive. We uphold a zero-tolerance policy towards child abuse, handling all concerns rigorously and in accordance with our policies.

Our Children

At Elite Tennis Academy, we empower children as active participants in our community. We involve them in decision-making processes that impact them directly, respecting their viewpoints. Our commitment to child safety includes regular training for staff and volunteers on child abuse prevention and risk management. We uphold respect for all children, staff, families, and volunteers through specific policies, procedures, and training initiatives. All team members and volunteers adhere to our code of conduct, ensuring high standards of behavior when working with children. Under Lynton’s leadership, ETA engages with local primary schools through support at school events and a leadership program. Our community actively participates in initiatives like Moreland Relay for Life to support Cancer Council Victoria and FIDA, a football competition for individuals with intellectual disabilities. ETA also champions the Federation Cup Foundation, supporting women’s tennis through fundraising and events. A significant initiative is our ongoing support for Sands, providing assistance to families affected by miscarriage, stillbirth, or newborn death. The Longest Rally in Support of Sands, spearheaded by Lynton and Cara, has fostered community spirit and awareness, with funds raised surpassing expectations thanks to the generous support and volunteerism of Elite Tennis Academy and East Coburg Tennis Club families.
